Our story

Care2You Support Services Pty Ltd was founded from personal experience, with family members living with disability.

Through seeing firsthand the challenges, needs and opportunities involved in accessing the right support, we came to understand how meaningful compassionate, reliable and person-centred care can be in improving a person's quality of life and independence.

These experiences inspired us to create Care2You as a service that genuinely cares for the people we support and their families.

Our mission is to provide respectful, individualised support that helps every participant feel valued, empowered and included in their community.

How we work

Before we talk about services, we want to understand what's actually going on. What's hard at the moment, what's already working, and what you'd like to be different.

The disability sector runs on acronyms and forms, and most of it isn't obvious to anyone coming to it new. If something doesn't make sense, ask us. We'd rather explain it three times than have you nodding along.

Sometimes we're not the right provider for what someone needs. When that happens we say so, and we try to help the person think about where else to look. It's a short conversation and it saves everybody time.

It's your life and your plan. You decide who supports you, when they come, and what they help with. You can change your mind, and you can ask for a different worker without giving a reason.

We'll work with the people around you as much or as little as you want. Family, carers, guardians, support coordinators, health professionals.

Support happens in people's homes and private lives. That carries a responsibility and we treat it that way.

Who we support

  • need help with personal care, morning, evening or overnight

We also work closely with the families, carers, guardians and support coordinators who are helping someone find the right support.
